Zarlak is an evil wizard and antagonist that seeks world domination. He desires to get his hands on UBOS so that he will have enough power to not only escape the center of the earth but destroy the world.
Zarlak has two incompetent henchmen called Rowce and Snerrot, a pair of Rat Finkles, who he gives evil tasks to. They fail him due to them not being bright as well as them arguing every chance that comes up.

Zarlak is a tall, pale, man with long black hair always seen in a long pony-tail he keeps over his sholder, and a goatee. He wears purple-ish blue robes that reach down to his feet that is adorned with a tall color. He is often seen carrying a staff that acts like a wand in how its used.
